1. Payment Types & Course Pricing
Depending on the selected program or course, payment is structured as follows:
Direct Full Payment: Select courses require full payment of the total course fee at the time of registration. The exact price will be clearly displayed on the payment page prior to checkout.
Registration Fee & Deposit (€30): For degree programs (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), Microcredentials, Digital Badges, and select modular courses, a €30 payment is required at the time of application.
2. Deposit & Fee Policy
Non-Refundable Status: The €30 registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including student withdrawal, cancellation, or failure to attend the program.
Tuition Credit / Down Payment: For programs with a remaining tuition balance, the €30 registration fee acts as a down payment and will be fully deducted from your total tuition balance upon successful enrollment.
Standalone €30 Courses: For courses priced at exactly €30, this payment fulfills the total course fee in full, and no further charges will apply.
3. Transaction & Bank Fees
Any online payment commissions, platform transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion charges incurred during checkout will be calculated and added to the applicant’s total or remaining tuition balance.
