By the end of this course, students will be able to understand core business intelligence and data‑literacy concepts, define and track relevant KPIs using dashboards, collect and prepare data for analysis, create effective visualizations, and apply AI‑driven forecasting, risk, pricing, and efficiency tools to support decisions. They will also evaluate the ethical, governance, and security implications of AI and data use, and synthesize these skills in a capstone project that delivers a data‑driven decision solution for a small business or department.
