By the end of this course, students will be able to understand tourism marketing fundamentals and consumer behavior in experiential tourism, analyze destination life‑cycles and design compelling visitor experiences, and apply branding, storytelling, and digital tools to promote tourism offerings. They will learn to measure visitor satisfaction and experience value, design immersive live and event‑based experiences, integrate personalization technologies, build partnerships and co‑marketing strategies, manage crises in experiential tourism, and synthesize these competencies in a capstone project proposing a tourism‑experience concept for a specific destination or district.
