Total Initial Payment: To process your application and secure your enrollment, a total initial payment of 1,200€ is required. This consists of a 200€ Processing Fee and a 1,000€ Tuition Fee Down Payment.
Registration Fee Policy
The 200€ processing fee covers administrative costs and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the admission outcome or student withdrawal.
Tuition Down Payment Refund Policy
The 1,000€ tuition fee down payment is eligible for a full refund if a formal written request for withdrawal is submitted to the school administration at least one calendar month prior to the officially scheduled start date of the class.
Transaction and Bank Fees:
Any online payment commissions, platform transaction fees, bank charges or currency conversion charges incurred during this initial transaction will be calculated and added to the applicant’s remaining tuition fee balance. In the event of a timely refund, the down payment will be returned net of any bank or gateway processing fees.
