Elizabeth Soliday-Naui, PhD.

Elizabeth Soliday-Naui, PhD, is a highly accomplished educator and social innovator with a proven track record of exceptional strategic global leadership. She is currently the Academic Dean of the Swiss School of Management, Barcelona (March 2024 – Present) and previously served as Executive Dean at the Swiss School of Management (March 2022 – February 2024).

Dr. Soliday-Naui has extensive experience in implementing strategic visions, enhancing global reputation and international partnerships, recruiting faculty, and promoting interdisciplinary learning. She has also overseen the development and implementation of academic policies and initiatives, leading to increased student retention and graduation rates. Furthermore, she has spearheaded the development and launch of new academic programs, strengthened relationships with external partners to expand student opportunities, and implemented initiatives to improve faculty support and development while promoting diversity and inclusivity.

Her experience includes founding and consulting for the International School of Applied Social Sciences (ISASS) (2016 – Present) and the Barcelona Center for Applied Sciences (BCAS). In these roles, she has focused on establishing high-quality educational institutions, creating thriving learning environments, building competent teams, and implementing progressive teaching methodologies.

Dr. Soliday-Naui holds a PhD from the Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis (Magna cum Laude), a Master of Arts in Mass Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Far Eastern University, Manila. Her core competencies include global education and training, curriculum development, cultural diversity management, partnership building, capacity building, and the creation and management of social enterprises and innovative projects. She is proficient in English and Filipino, has conversational proficiency in French, and beginner-level Spanish.
