Belkis M. Reyes-Fernandez

Belkis M. Reyes-Fernandez is a highly experienced professional with executive roles in learning and development, as well as sales management within global businesses, particularly in the FinTech sector. She is currently the Director of Learning and Development at DeudaFix (January 2022 – Present), a leading FinTech company in Spain specializing in insolvency solutions, where she leads training initiatives, call center content development, and learning programs. Belkis has a strong background in talent development, including onboarding, sales advisory development, upskilling, reskilling, and leadership management. Her key skills include FinTech, call center development, and customer relationship management (CRM).

Prior to her current role, Belkis held significant positions at Citi for eight years, including Managing Director of Citi Valores Asesora de Inversión y Casa de Bolsa CA and Head of Sales for Citi International Wealth Management Offshore Business. She also served as Country Sales Manager at Bancaribe. Additionally, Belkis is an Associate Professor at the European School of Economics and GBSB Global Business School (2018/2019 – Present) and has been working as a financial advisor since 2008.

Belkis holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Suffolk University – Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She also holds a Certificate in High-Performance Team Leadership from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). She is native or bilingual in English and Spanish.
